We’re Luke and Sarah – a husband-and-wife team proud to offer professional window cleaning services across South Wales. After successfully running our first business, South West Window Cleaning, in the South West of England since 2018, we decided to make a fresh start in 2022. We sold the business, packed our bags, and moved to the stunning Welsh Valleys, where we launched Phelan Window Cleaning.
