Yes, we do. Our water-fed cleaning system is not affected by rain or cold weather, so we can maintain high cleaning standards year-round. We only reschedule in cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions.

Wherever possible, we carry out external window cleaning using pure water-fed pole systems, reaching heights of up to 70 feet without the need for ladders. We strictly follow health and safety regulations for working at height and hold both public liability and employer’s liability insurance.
Our pricing is based on several factors, including the time required to complete the job, the difficulty of accessing certain windows, and how easily we can reach the back of your property.
No, you don’t need to. As long as you’re happy for us to continue, we’ll keep visiting as scheduled. If you do need to cancel for any reason, we kindly ask that you give us plenty of notice before your next clean.
